Specialized cable solutions for your equipment
A specialized assembly combines electrical interfaces with the routing, protection and maintenance requirements of the complete equipment. Radbon engineers can review custom branch layouts, connector interfaces, shielding and material options alongside your team.
MIL-SPEC wire and connectors are selected against the exact specifications in your drawing package. Agree on workmanship, inspection and test criteria for the finished assembly before production.
Materials and construction
Construction options include lightweight materials, fiberglass heat protection, anti-EMI protection, customized braiding and complex branching harnesses. Wire and cable families include M22759, M81044, M27500, M16878, M24640, SAE-AS85485 and M17. Availability and suitability depend on the specific material selected.
Testing and traceability
Radbon performs 100% inspection and provides barcode-based material control, a traceability matrix and stored test data. Electrical and environmental testing are also available. Include your test conditions and required records with the inquiry so the scope can be confirmed.
Application examples
Aviation examples include engine, pylon, control-unit and fuselage cables, including a 60 m fuselage harness. Other applications include rocket harnesses, marine systems and land-vehicle interconnections.
