Information you send us

Our inquiry forms collect the contact, company and project information you enter. Formspree processes form submissions so we can receive and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send confidential drawings or export-controlled information through the form. You can request an NDA before discussing project details.

We use inquiry information to communicate with you, review your requirements and coordinate sales and manufacturing support. Ask us about handling project information before sharing sensitive details.

Website analytics and visitor identification

The public website uses Google Analytics and Apollo visitor tracking. Our own visitor tracking also records page paths, referring pages, campaign parameters, browser information, IP addresses and time spent with a page visible. A visitor identifier is saved in browser storage. If you arrive through an identified outreach link, a contact token may be stored to connect later visits with that contact.

These tools help us understand website use and follow up on business interest. Third-party providers process information under their own practices; their storage and processing locations may differ from yours. Tracking is disabled on our local development and preview websites.

Your tracking preference

You can turn off optional tracking below and continue using the website and inquiry form. We also respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting. Turning tracking off removes our stored visitor and contact identifiers from this browser and prevents these analytics scripts from loading on subsequent page loads.

To ask about information associated with your inquiry or request access, correction or deletion, email info@spartancableco.com. You can also ask about retention, service providers and project-information handling. Avoid including sensitive project details in your initial request.
